Matt Bilmes is a camera operator, editor, filmmaker, and all-around great guy currently based in Kansas City, Missouri. Born and raised in the suburbs of New England, Matt earned his degree in Digital Media & Design from the University of Connecticut. In his senior year, he was awarded a grant to write and direct his own short film, Exit. The film was named as an official selection at film festivals worldwide and won various awards, including Best Student Short Film of the Year at the CKF International Film Festival and Best University Film at the Laughlin International Film Festival.
