Biography

Sudarshan Suresh is a lawyer turned writer/ director, currently working between New York and Mumbai. He is one of ​Filmmaker Magazine's 25 New Faces of Independent Film for the year 2019, and was previously the recipient of the Director's Guild of America Student Filmmaker Award. A graduate of the Columbia University Film MFA program, his thesis film MIZARU was the recipient of the Katharina Otto Bernstein Production Grant and won Best Film at the Columbia University Film Festival.
