Biography

An Egyptian singer and actress, she began her career as an amateur singer. She entered a competition held by director Mohamed Karim to choose the lead role in the film "The White Rose." Musician Mohamed Abdel Wahab praised her voice, but she was unsuccessful due to her young age. Her fame spread quickly, and she became a famous radio singer, proving herself alongside singers such as Umm Kulthum and Asmahan. This prompted Odeon to produce a disc for her.
