Biography

Sofía Garza-Barba is an eclectic Latinx multidisciplinary writer and director who’s genre-bending work is often described as fantastic, kitsch, and highly art driven. Some of her clients include Nickelodeon, Paramount, Universal Orlando, Sony amongst others. Her films have been appreciated in festivals like Fantasia, Rotterdam, SITGES, GIFF, Tribeca and Festival de Cannes, and have been recognized or awarded for their unique voice with colorful visual language.
