Biography

Richard Allen is a filmmaker and cinematographer. Starting out young, he made movies himself with his friends. This hobby would later become his profession. He works now as a DOP, and has an extensive music video portfolio, as well as commercials (online and TVCs) and films (short and feature length). He is always looking for new ways to use lighting, composition and motion as an expressive tool, to enhance storytelling, and create emotion through the visuals.
