Biography

Gelare Abbasi (گلاره عباسی) born July 20, 1983, Tehran graduated in Architecture from the University of Tehran and took up acting classes conducted by Iranian actor Amin Tarokh before entering the world of acting. Abbasi made her cinematic debut in 2008 by starring in ‘A True Report’ and became a household name with the series 'Madness of Love' (2011). She has also performed in the series 'Lean on the Wind' (2011), 'Without Waiting' (2013) and 'Madineh' (2014) as well as the movies 'Objects in Mirror are Closer than They Appear' (2012), 'Track 143' (2013) and 'Breath' (2015).
