Louis Ortiz is an actor that has worked as a background actor, stand-in, and photo double on numerous films and TV shows. His most notable work, however, has been in the Star Trek franchise where he has worked on shows like Deep Space Nine, Voyager, and Enterprise, as well as films Insurrection and First Contact.
