Biography

Michele Yu is an accomplished Los Angeles–based production designer who collaborates closely with fellow designer Cindy Chao. The pair form a creative partnership that began during their undergraduate studies at UC San Diego and has flourished over more than fifteen years in film and television production. Michele Yu’s career encompasses a diverse portfolio of credits across feature films and television. She has served as production designer on a variety of projects, including Much Ado About Nothing (2012), Grandma (2015), In Your Eyes (2014) and V/H/S Viral (2014).
