Biography

Simon wrote and directed the spectacular indie sci-fi movie, Invasion Planet Earth, which on release was one of the top 20 films in the UK. He has over 30 years experience as an editor and director in the British film industry where he started as an editor in children’s TV. Described as a ludicrously ambitious filmmaker by the UK’s Guardian Newspaper, his love of filmmaking started at 14 when his super 8mm film, Battle in Outer Space, featured on the BBC TV show, Screen Test.
