Biography

Since 2003, filmmaker Bruno Jorge has made very independently over 20 films of different genres, including short/medium/feature-length, influenced by visual arts, experimental cinema and etnography. Among the various shortfilms we could mention "Setback" (best film at Festival do Rio, Lab Competition Clermont-Ferrand), Justiça ao Insulto (Cannes, Rotterdam), "November, December" (IDFA) , "Catuçaba", "Moins que demain" and "Barões" (all 3 premiered in Visions du Réel).
