Biography

Born in Mexico City in 1986, Lucero graduated with honors from Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica (CCC) as a filmmaker. She co-wrote Netflix's "Desenfrenadas" (2019), as well as "Todo va a estar bien" with La Corriente del Golfo for Netflix (2020), directed by Diego Luna. In 2020 she directed two episodes of the second season of "Rebelde" with Mr. Woo for Netflix. Lucero also directed a new young adult comedy for Netflix that will premier at the end of 2022.
