Biography

Bikas Mishra's latest feature, Bayaan (2025), premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and had its Asian premiere at the Busan International Film Festival. The film is currently travelling to festivals around the world. Based in Mumbai, Bikas made his debut with Chauranga, which won the Grand Jury Prize at the Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles and was awarded Best Indian Feature at the Mumbai Film Festival (MAMI) in 2014.
