Franklin DeWar (American Voice Actor) was born May 1, 1982 in Cincinnati Ohio. Lending his Rich Bass Voice to Regional and National Commercials via Radio, Television and Beyond he has given an Authoritative voice to Many National Companies, Small Businesses, and Independent Films.
