Biography
Kubo Tsuguyuki (窪詔之) is a veteran Japanese animator, animation director, and character designer currently affiliated with Studio Pierrot. Kubo started working as an animator in the mid 1960s. He worked on a number of a Japanese anime projects working with various companies throughout the 70s and early 80s. In the mid 1980s, he joined the newly formed PAC, which handled almost all of the animation duties of the various Rankin/Bass cartoons.
