Biography
André Guiomar (1988) lives in Portugal. He worked for several film production companies and is a founding partner of Olhar de Ulisses. His debut documentary “Our Land, Our Altar” premiered at Sheffield Doc/Fest, won the Youth Jury Award at the ZINEBI Festival and the Emerging Director Award at the Porto/Post/Doc International Competition. In 2018, his short documentary “Skin of Light” won the Jury Prize at Doclisboa. He is currently working on his new documentary film “New Chung – The Strenght of a Bull” and on a short fiction film entitled “Saturn”.
