Kasra Farahani is an Iranian-born, Los Angeles-based production designer, director, and visual artist. Born on March 1, 1978, in Iran, Farahani's family fled the country following the 1979 Islamic Revolution, settling in Los Angeles when he was just a year old. His early interest in visual storytelling led him to study industrial design. This foundation would later inform his cinematic world-building. Farahani began his career in the film industry as a concept artist and art director, contributing to major studio productions.
