Overview

Professor Farid wants to perform scruff surgery to increase human intelligence. After his experiments on mice have succeeded, he picked a man to conduct his experiments on. At first it works, but then the man relapses, and becomes stupidier than he originally was. The failed experiment made Professor Farid understands that intelligence can only be cultivated with love, not with surgical intervention.
