The Judge is back up to their wicked games, and this time the target is Starwave. When our caped heroine wakes up in a mysterious chamber, she swiftly finds out she is not alone. Power and Hotshot, small-time villains, find themselves tangled up in this mess with her with zero interest in cooperating.
