Directed by Paul Schrader during his stay in Tokyo, this piece for Bob Dylan's song was shot with the same crew behind Schrader’s "Mishima: A Life in Four Chapters". The lead role is played by Dylan and Mitsuko Baisho, best known for her collaborations with filmmaker Shohei Imamura.
