Overview

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in the Philippines, village captain Rody Bustamante sets up an online meeting with his councilors to discuss the distribution of financial aid and relief goods to their constituents. As the meeting progresses, the real motives and competency of these public servants are revealed.
