Overview

Part of the film Lviv Speaks (1958) edited by Bohdan Soluk. The traditional Jordanian blessing of water takes place on Rynok Square near the well opposite Terletsky's pharmacy with the participation of UGCC Bishop Ivan Buchko, surrounded by members of the Lviv chapter and clergy. Among many others, the film shows the famous Ukrainian statesman Kost Levytskyi (in 1918 he was the Prime Minister of the Western Ukrainian People's Republic), Volodymyr Tselevych, a lawyer, ambassador to the Sejm of the Second Polish Republic of the II, IV, and V cadences, a member of the Ukrainian National Democratic Union (UNDO), and Stepan Bilyak, a lawyer and secretary of the Ukrainian National Council (1918-1919).
