Overview

Upon turning 18, every boy and girl must take a mysterious Test, which will determine whether or not they are fit to join the upper ranks of The Society, or be condemned to poverty. When Alice Evans goes in to take hers, she realizes that the Test is more than just a challenge of mind, but a trial of the body and spirit as well.
