Global Wars Chicago was a professional wrestling event co-produced by the American Ring of Honor (ROH) and Japanese New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) promotions. The event took place on October 15 at Odeum Expo Center in Villa Park, Illinois. The main event of the evening was the Bullet Club (ROH World Champion Cody & ROH World Six Man Tag Team Champions Adam Page & The Young Bucks) vs. Search and Destroy (ROH World Tag Team Champions Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin), Jonathan Gresham, & Jay White. "The Cleaner" Kenny Omega defended his IWGP United States championship against NJPW star YOSHI-HASHI and "The Villain" Marty Scurll took on Hiromu Takahashi.
