Overview
When a young girl is kidnapped, ruthless police inspector Peter Nadler sets out on his search, stopping at nothing. During the trial against the alleged culprit, he must face veteran defense attorney Konrad Biegler. (The detailed account of the Von Bode case in two TV movies, each focusing on a different point of view, that of the policeman and that of the lawyer, from the kidnapping to the denouement of the trial, culminates in a third, which presents only the details of the latter.)
