A woman waits at a funeral home to discuss the plan for her daughter's funeral with Mr. Yamauchi Ozawa. Suddenly, Ozawa is overcome with fear and panic, demanding to know the circumstances surrounding her daughter's death.

The first part of the short horror film series by Ryo Moroe. Two nurses are working the night shift at the hospital; rumours go round that the hospital is haunted, scaring one of the nurses. He finally begins to work after scaring his co-worker, Yoko. Yoko starts talking to a young girl who seems to be lost and can't find her room.
