Hannibal is a young man thirsty for blood and revenge. He has devised a plan to kill certain people from his past and thus satisfy his appetite for carnal violence. His victims will suffer kidnappings, torture, and all kinds of abuse.

Detective Dennis Red is determined to put an end to Hannibal's personal crusade, even though he has hardly any clues and knows nothing about his whereabouts. Meanwhile, Hannibal is determined to finish what he started and is proving that victims can also become true monsters in this sequel to “Silence of the Twinks,” which brings the story to a close.
